This was the craziest trip experience that I ever had as I had less than ten hours to prepare! A friend of mine was planning to go on this trip with his son and the day before his son got very sick and was not able to go. We were able to switch the ticket to my name and after a mad packing frenzy and no sleep I boarded a plane to Tokyo! We spent a day in Tokyo and then took a bullet train to Kyoto, met up with a fellow photographer friend who I had “met” on social media, and spent our few days exploring this amazing city with our cameras. Many thanks go to my adventurous and flexible husband who agreed that I should go on this trip and helped make it happen! Now I want to go back as five days was just a tease!!
